Latin American Studies Symposium
Since 1993, ACS has sponsored and Birmingham-Southern
College has generously hosted an annual Latin American Studies Symposium.
Every spring the Latin American Studies Program gathers undergraduate
students and faculty to discuss issues related to Latin America. This
conference has two main objectives: to promote undergraduate research
and to increase dialogue among faculty members. Birmingham-Southern College will host the 18th Annual Latin American Studies Symposium on April 16-18, 2010. For more information contact 7the Symposium Director, Barbara Domcekova,
