2004 ACS Virtual Art Gallery winning logo
The ACS Virtual Art Gallery is one project of the Visual Arts Initiative, which is supported by the New Dimensions Grant. For more information on this Gallery, exhibit contacts, or the Visual Arts Initiative, please contact acs@colleges.org or 404-636-9533.

The Virtual Art Gallery logo on this page was designed in 2004 by Anne Hable, a Sophomore at Rollins College. Anne, an art major and communications minor, is attracted to a career in advertising or interior design. In describing her design, Anne says, "I have an obsession with splattering paint or ink on a lot of my projects, so I thought I should incorporate that with the logo. The black paint splats are actually black ink that is splattered on a piece of scrap paper and scanned into the computer. Red is my favorite color, and I think it responds well with black. It sort of reminds me of a Dalmatian."

The 2003 logo contest winner was Tomo Ogawa from Rollins College.
